Tide is seeking a Design Leader to shape the member experience as the Tide app evolves across 55+ products. You will act as a player/coach, leading 4–8 Product Designers within 1–2 key product domains and partnering with PMs and engineers. A flexible hybrid model applies with London office visits 2–4 times a month.
You will mentor designers, manage resourcing, drive hiring, and own end-to-end design initiatives while fostering cohesive experiences across Tide.
