ABOUT YOU

As a Senior Product Analyst in AI Foundations, you’ll play a critical dual role: a hands‑on analytics expert and a strategic partner to AI Product Managers and Engineering leaders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership and can drive high‑impact initiatives in the evolving field of Agentic AI. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams across AI Foundations: Product, Operations, Analytics Engineering and Data Science to drive clarity on how our AI agents, ranging from Transaction Analysis Agent to Conversational Onboarding, impact member behavior and drive operational efficiency. We're looking for someone with the ability to influence product and technical roadmaps, lead multiple analytical workstreams in parallel, and who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves to evaluate LLM performance and business impact. If you enjoy a high‑autonomy environment where you’re expected to shape the agenda for AI adoption, we’d love to hear from you.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Shape AI Roadmap: Influence the strategy for AI Foundations by identifying automation and member experience opportunities using data‑driven insights.
  • End‑to‑End Ownership: Own analytics initiatives for Agentic use cases, from initial problem scoping and "Current State" benchmarking to the delivery of post‑launch impact recommendations.
  • KPI Definition: Define and monitor critical KPIs for AI agents, such as reduction in manual investigation hours, "Time Spent per Alert," and successful completion rates.
  • Deep‑Dive Analysis: Lead structured analyses into AI agents performance.
  • Experimentation & Validation: Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to design experiments and test AI agent logic against manual human baselines to ensure accuracy and safety.
  • Technical Execution: Use SQL and Python to explore large datasets, evaluate the output of Agentic workflows, and test hypotheses regarding member friction and operational bottlenecks.
  • Storytelling: Translate complex AI performance metrics into compelling narratives and visualisations using Looker to show business leaders the ROI of our AI investments.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: Have 7+ years of analytics experience (Senior level) with a proven track record in a high‑growth product, FinTech, or SaaS environment.
  • Technical Balance: You are equally comfortable writing complex code to analyze agent logs and presenting high‑level strategic summaries to leadership.
  • Commercial mindset: An instinct for prioritising AI use cases based on potential business impact, such as focusing on high‑volume manual tasks.
  • Clarity from Ambiguity: Known for creating structured frameworks to measure the success of non‑deterministic AI outputs and evolving Agentic workflows.
  • Stakeholder Management: A consistent track record of influencing Product and Engineering stakeholders and delivering change through data‑backed insights.
  • Domain Interest: Experience or a strong interest in AI/ML, particularly in how automation affects Operational Efficiency and Member Experience.
  • Data Tooling: Mastery of SQL and proficiency in Python for data manipulation; experience with BI tools like Looker is essential.
  • Self‑Driven: You are a proactive "driver" who identifies gaps in the roadmap and proposes analytical solutions without being prompted.

WHAT YOU’LL GET IN RETURN

  • Competitive Compensation: Competitive salary and share options.
  • Time Off: Generous annual leave on top of bank holidays.
  • Parental Leave: Paid maternity, paternity, and adoption leave to support your family journey.
  • Sabbatical: Extended unpaid and paid leave options after completing milestone years with Tide.
  • Health Insurance: Private family insurance with additional OPD coverage and top‑up options.
  • Life & Accident Cover: Comprehensive accidental and life insurance protection.
  • Mental Wellbeing: Access to therapy sessions, courses, meditations, and workshops.
  • Volunteering & Development Days: Paid days annually for volunteering or personal growth.
  • Learning & Development: Annual budget for books, courses, coaching, and more.
  • WOO (Work Outside the Office): Work from abroad for up to 90 days annually.
  • Home Office Setup: Contribution towards setting up your home office.
  • Laptop Ownership: Keep your old laptop and get a new one when it’s time for a replacement.
  • Snacks & Meals: Office perks with snacks, coffee, tea, and lunch (location dependent).
