What the job involves

  • The UK Partnerships team, part of the Member Accession Marketing function, plays a crucial role in Tide’s growth strategy by acquiring new members through strategic partnerships across sectors such as accountancy, financial services, and business communities.
  • This role will be reporting to the Head of Partnerships, dedicated to supporting the UK Partnerships team, ensuring partnerships run smoothly through strong administrative support, internal coordination, and operational oversight.
  • We are looking for a strategic and commercially driven Senior Partnerships Manager to lead and scale high-impact partnerships that accelerate member acquisition, revenue growth, and product adoption.
  • You will identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key strategic partners across fintech, accounting, SaaS, and SME ecosystems. This role requires a combination of commercial acumen, relationship management, cross-functional collaboration, and execution excellence.
  • You’ll work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Leadership teams to develop partnerships that create long-term value for Tide and its members.
  • Develop and execute Tide’s strategic partnerships roadmap.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with growth and product objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities across fintech, accounting, banking, payments, and SME ecosystems.
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation through launch and ongoing growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations, partnership agreements, and contract renewals.
  • Deliver against partnership revenue, deal volume, and customer acquisition targets.
  • Track and report on partnership performance, including number of deals signed, customers acquired, revenue contribution, and engagement metrics.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful partner onboarding.
  • Represent Tide externally at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor partnership strategies.
