About The Team

The Admin Services commercial team is responsible for driving adoption and usage of essential products for Small Business Owners. This includes Tide’s range of accounting packages, invoicing, expense management, payroll, and Company Formation / Company Secretariat services. Most of these are sold on a subscription basis, providing consistent value to members and a consistent revenue stream. The team works closely with Product, Finance, Business Insights, CRM and Operations to translate member and commercial insights into product enhancements, effective positioning, and engagement strategies.

About The Role

We’re looking for an exceptional Commercial Head to drive revenue growth from Admin Services in the UK. You will sit at the heart of Tide’s commercial function, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to understand performance, uncover opportunities, and deliver on multiple fronts. This role requires a relentless focus on numbers, member priorities, product prioritisation, and planning to meet revenue targets and increase customer lifetime value.

Some Of The Things You’ll Be Doing

  • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Partner closely with Finance and stakeholders to set, track, and refine financial projections for Admin Services, ensuring accountability and proactive risk identification.
  • Analytics‑Driven Insight: Analyse member behaviour, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance. Translate data into recommendations that shape product prioritisation, pricing, positioning, and communications.
  • Product Development: Partner with Product teams to address opportunities, shape positioning, align on roadmaps, and support launches with tailored go‑to‑market strategies.
  • Launch Strategy: Support new feature and product launches across channels, partner with sales and operations to deliver experiments, and facilitate workshops to surface ideas and plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including Tide’s Senior Leadership Team and C‑Suite.
  • Commercial & Competitor Intelligence: Lead research and competitive analysis to benchmark trends and translate insights into actionable strategies that differentiate Tide’s positioning.
  • Member Obsession: Be an expert on members’ core motivations to bring their voice into commercial and product design discussions.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving commercial impact and partnering with finance to identify opportunities.
  • 7+ years’ experience leading ‘always on’ activity to drive commercial performance, ideally in accounting and other admin services in a fintech environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to interpret data, develop hypotheses, and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Proven GTM track record delivering omni‑channel campaigns across sales, CRM, and in‑app contact points.
  • Exceptional project management skills, juggling multiple launches and tests in a fast‑moving environment.
  • Creative collaborator who builds relationships, crafts messaging, and navigates ambiguity.
  • Self‑starter attitude, working backwards from targets and removing blockers.
  • Team Management: coach and guide a small team that owns specific products under your leadership.

What You’ll Get In Return

  • Competitive salary
  • Vitality Health Insurance with a proactive focus on mental and physical wellbeing
  • Hundreds of perks and discounts through Vitality Health Insurance
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • 25 days holiday with the ability to buy extra days
  • Professional L&D budget per year
  • Referral bonus when you bring friends to join Tide
  • Access to salary‑sacrifice benefits such as Cycle to Work scheme and pension contribution
  • Spacious brand new office in Liverpool Street with an all‑day snacks bar
  • Enhanced family‑friendly leave
  • 24 hours paid volunteering time off per year
  • Flexible work arrangements
