As Engagement Lead - Retention/Reactivation, you’ll take the ‘big picture’ for your area, identify the trends within it and break it down to define the required actions to deliver an ambitious growth plan around our core revenue generating activity. The key focus of this role is to re‑engage and retain members across UK and EU markets, rebuilding habits and encouraging sustained, long‑term usage. You’ll own the contact strategy and planning process while enabling, developing and motivating your team to deliver a first‑class automation and personalisation programme. This will incorporate multiple marketing channels and touchpoints, with the end goal to engage, nudge and nurture our members.

Some Of The Things You’ll Be Doing

  • Enabling your team by setting clear direction and clearing any roadblocks that may occur.
  • Providing coaching and direction, and taking pride in supporting your team in their development.
  • Setting and launching the campaign strategy across retention and reactivation.
  • Monitoring, reporting and presenting on KPIs and campaign performance to Tide senior management and wider stakeholders.
  • Supporting the team with building, executing and optimising campaign workflows.
  • Defining a full testing and personalisation roadmap.
  • Supporting finance forecasting across Tide’s strategic modes of discovery.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and supporting strategic thinking across Accession marketing, Engagement marketing, Marketing Analytics and product development.
  • Driving wider cross‑CRM best practice.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If

  • You have a passion for marketing in a scale‑up environment, and have 8+ years of relevant experience.
  • You have a proven track record in CRM, and of using targeting, automation and personalisation across multiple channels to deliver significant upweights in revenue.
  • You love data, and are comfortable spotting trends. You have an ability to dig deeper, to analyse and report on overall area performance against multiple KPIs, campaign inputs, and industry benchmarks to ensure the overall programme meets (and exceeds!) business objectives.
  • You have excellent communication skills – you can persuade and inspire colleagues across all levels of the business, and are able to pitch the message differently, and clearly, to all.
  • You are well organised with a passion for speed, efficiency and people management.
  • You are able to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing priorities, while supporting your own team and the wider department.
  • Experience of Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Small Business Marketing are beneficial but not essential.
  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is beneficial.
  • Experience using the Looker reporting suite is beneficial.
