ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Tide, we're building the leading financial platform for small businesses. As we continue to grow across multiple markets, strong financial risk management is essential to helping us scale safely, responsibly and sustainably.
As our Director of Financial Risk, you’ll lead our global 2LOD Financial Risk team and shape how we identify, assess and oversee financial risks across the business. You’ll own our financial risk framework while providing independent oversight, challenge and trusted advice to 1LOD teams across:
Financial Reporting & Control (statutory & regulatory accounting),
FP&A (management accounting & commercial finance),
Finance Operations (including
