What We Are Looking For
A detail oriented, commercially focused individual with a strong background in CRM, particularly in the world of UK Credit and Lending. A track record of implementing successful CRM strategies that have positively impacted customer acquisition, retention and lifetime value. You’ll be equally at home with CRM automation platforms, analysing results and presenting to immediate stakeholders to explain the story of performance to the business. You should have extensive experience with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, data segmentation and a strong understanding of data analytics and reporting.
As a CRM Manager, You’ll Be
- Responsible for the planning and execution of CRM strategies for Tide Credit products and services, driving product adoption and retention and aligning to the overall business objectives and commercial targets.
- Monitor, report and present on campaign delivery and KPIs to Tide senior management and wider stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team members, ensuring a high level of expertise and sharing efficiency within the CRM function to optimise processes across the team.
- Utilise advanced data targeting to refine member segments and personalise communication strategies.
- Use strategic data-led insights to implement advanced targeting techniques to optimise campaign effectiveness and increase customer lifetime value.
- Work collaboratively with wider teams to create predictive modelling and analytics to anticipate customer behaviour and proactively address customer pain points.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience and optimise subscription revenue.
- Develop and oversee customer advocacy to promote member retention and brand advocacy.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4+ years of experience in multi-channel CRM, with a focus on Credit/Lending/Finance based businesses.
- You love data, and are comfortable spotting trends and have an ability to dig deeper, to analyse and report on overall area performance against multiple KPIs.
- Experience with CRM analytics, predictive modelling, and segmentation techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM automation, software and surrounding personalisation technologies.
- Proactive ability to work cross functionally with wider teams to influence day to day decision making accordingly while maintaining excellent working relationships.
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience building multi-channel journeys across email.
