ABOUT THE ROLE

You are an experienced Product Leader—strategic, analytical, and customer-focused with strong problem solving skills and a commercial mindset. You will own Membership Plans and the wider Subscriptions platform across multiple markets, shaping how we structure, price, and deliver value to our members as Tide scales. This role is central to defining the future of our subscription offering, ensuring it is flexible, competitive, and aligned to member needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will optimise the end-to-end subscription experience. This includes defining and refining membership tiers, benefits, and pricing models, while ensuring seamless lifecycle management—from sign-up and upgrades through to renewals, downgrades, and cancellations. You will join the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) product group, responsible for driving engagement, retention, and long-term member value. Membership Plans sit at the heart of this mission, ensuring members clearly understand and experience the value of their Tide membership. You will collaborate closely with Billing, Payments, Marketing, Data, Finance, Engineering, and Design to deliver a frictionless, transparent, and engaging subscription journey.

As Head of Product for Membership Plans, you will:

  • Own the strategy, vision, and roadmap for our global Membership Plans, delivering a high-quality, scalable member experience.
  • Define, evolve, and optimise subscription tiers, benefits, and pricing, using customer insight and data to drive impact.
  • Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through execution, across the full subscription lifecycle.
  • Partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable business outcomes, aligned to company OKRs and growth priorities.
  • Champion best-in-class user experience, ensuring clarity, transparency, and consistency across all membership touchpoints.
  • Mentor and support Product Managers as the team scales.
  • Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to improve retention and long-term member value.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong analytical and commercial capability, with experience defining KPIs/OKRs and driving revenue- and retention-focused outcomes.
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across technical and commercial teams.
  • A customer-first, outcome-driven mindset, focused on delivering meaningful, high-impact member experiences.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-scaling environments, translating complexity into clear priorities and execution plans.
  • Clear, confident communicator, able to articulate product vision and trade-offs to diverse audiences.
  • Experience building scalable, global products, with awareness of local market and regulatory considerations.
