About the Role
The Cards team drives Tide card payments by improving product, launching new features and driving commercial effort to increase transaction volume. Working closely with Product, Business Insights, CRM and Operations, the role translates member and commercial insights into product enhancements, positioning and strategies that improve engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Revenue ownership and forecasting: partner with Finance and stakeholders to set, track and refine revenue targets for Cards, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
- Analytics‑driven insight: analyze member behaviour, segment audiences and measure campaign performance; translate data into clear recommendations for product positioning and communications.
- Product development: work with Product teams on opportunities, shape positioning, support launch with tailored GTM strategies.
- Launch strategy: lead new feature launches across channels, partnering with sales and operations to deliver experiments; facilitate workshops to surface creative ideas and implementation plans.
- Stakeholder management: communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders, including Tide’s Senior Leadership Team.
- Commercial & competitor intelligence: lead ongoing research and analysis to monitor trends, benchmark and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Member obsession: champion member motivations, bringing their voice into commercial and product design discussions.
Qualifications
- Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving commercial impact; experience partnering with finance to set and track clear KPIs.
- 7+ years’ experience leading ‘always‑on’ activity in cards, fintech or retail; proven ability to plan and deliver consistent, impact‑driving activity.
- Strong analytical mindset; ability to review data, develop hypotheses and translate insights into actionable plans.
- Proven go‑to‑market track record delivering holistic, omni‑channel campaigns across sales, CRM and in‑app contact points.
- Exceptional project management skills; ability to juggle multiple launches and tactical tests in a fast‑moving environment.
- Creative collaborator building relationships, crafting compelling messaging and navigating ambiguity with confidence.
- Self‑starter attitude; works backwards from targets, removes blockers proactively and adapts to shifting priorities.
