The Admin Services commercial team is responsible for driving adoption and usage of essential products for Small Business Owners. This includes Tide’s range of accounting packages, as well as invoicing, expense management, payroll and Company Formations / Company Secretariat services. Most are sold on a subscription basis, providing consistent value to members and a steady revenue stream to Tide.

We’re looking for an exceptional Commercial Head to drive revenue growth from Admin Services in the UK. You will sit at the heart of Tide’s commercial function and collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand performance, uncover opportunities, and work across multiple areas to deliver. This requires a relentless focus on the numbers and our members, product prioritisation, and detailed planning to ensure revenue targets are hit and customer lifetime value is increasing.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Revenue Ownership & Forecasting: Partner with Finance and key stakeholders to set, track, and refine financial projections for Admin Services, ensuring revenue accountability and proactive identification of risks and opportunities.
  • Analytics-Driven Insight: With support from the BI team, analyse member behaviour, segment audiences, and measure subscription cohort performance. Translate data into clear recommendations that shape product prioritisation, pricing, positioning and communications.
  • Product Development: Leverage commercial and analytics insights to partner with Product teams to address opportunities, shape product positioning, align on roadmaps, and support successful product launches with tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Launch Strategy: Support new feature launches across channels, partnering with sales and operations teams to deliver experiments. Facilitate brainstorm sessions to surface ideas and implementation plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate regularly with a wide range of stakeholders, including Tide’s Senior Leadership Team and the C-Suite.
  • Commercial & Competitor Intelligence: Lead ongoing commercial research and competitive analysis to monitor trends and translate them into actionable strategies that strengthen Tide’s positioning.
  • Member Obsession: Become an expert in the core motivations of our members to bring their voice to commercial and product design discussions.

What we are looking for:

  • Strong commercial acumen: Proven experience in driving commercial impact, partnering with finance to understand performance and identify opportunities to improve.
  • 7+ years’ experience: Leading ongoing activity to drive commercial performance, ideally with experience in Accounting or Admin Services products, preferably in a fintech environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset: Able to review and interpret data to develop hypotheses and turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Proven GTM track record: Delivering holistic, high-impact omni-channel campaigns across sales, CRM, and in-app touchpoints.
  • Exceptional project management: Ability to juggle multiple launches and tests in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creative collaborator: Builds relationships across teams, crafts messaging, and navigates ambiguity with confidence.
  • Self-starter attitude: Works backwards from targets, removes blockers proactively, and adapts when priorities shift.
  • Team Management: Able to coach and guide a small team who will own specific products under your overall leadership.

What you’ll get in return:

  • Competitive salary
  • Vitality Health Insurance, with a proactive focus on mental and physical wellbeing
  • Hundreds of perks and discounts through Vitality Health Insurance
  • 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme
  • 25 days holiday with the option to buy extra days
  • Professional L & D budget per year
  • Referral bonus when you bring your friends to join Tide
  • Salary sacrifice benefits such as Cycle to Work scheme and pension contribution
  • Spacious brand-new office in Liverpool Street with an all-day snacks bar
  • Enhanced family-friendly leave
  • 24 hours paid volunteering time off per year
  • Flexible work from home or at the office
  • Monthly team socials
  • Sabbatical leave
