ABOUT THE TEAM
Member Engagementâs role within Tide is help our members discover the right products to ensure they save time & money. We do this by telling the right story, to the right member, at the right time, in the right place.
We move fast, with a depth of personalisation and automation, utilising brilliant, engaging, and relevant content displayed to our members across an ever-increasing media estate, triggered in a timely manner through best practice campaign structure, utilising live data flows and increasingly, AI decision models, with the end result of driving increased, and fully measurable, impact for revenue, engagement and product usage from our members across UK, Germany and France.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Engagement Lead, youâll take the âBig pictureâ for your product area, identify the trends within it, and break it down to define the required actions to deliver an ambitious growth plan around our core revenue generating activity.
Youâll own the contact strategy and planning process while enabling, developing and motivating your team to deliver a first class automation and personalisation programme. This will incorporate multiple marketing channels and touchpoints, with the end goal to engage, nudge and nurture our membersâ card usage and drive uptake and usage across products across multiple domains.
Youâll inherit a fantastic, experienced Team with a passion, and established track record, for testing and delivering their KPIs. We are a highly capable team who believe passionately in the problem we are solving, collaborating closely with direct feedback, and encouraging action over deliberation.
Some of the things youâll be doing:
- Enabling your team by setting clear direction and clearing any roadblocks that may occur.
- Providing coaching and direction, and taking pride in supporting your team in their development.
- Setting the campaign strategy across multiple Tide products.
- Monitoring, reporting and presenting on KPIs and campaign performance to Tide senior management and wider stakeholders.
- Supporting the team with building, executing and optimising campaign workflows.
- Define a full testing and personalisation roadmap.
- Support finance forecasting across Tideâs strategic modes of discovery.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and support strategic thinking across Accession marketing, Engagement marketing, Marketing Analytics and product development.
- Driving wider cross CRM best practise.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Youâll be a great fit if:
- You have a passion for marketing in a scale-up environment, and have 7+ yrs of relevant experience.
- Youâve previously coached and developed a high performing team.
- Youâve have a proven track record of using targeting, automation and personalisation across multiple marketing channels to deliver significant upweights in behavioural frequency and revenue value from a large customer base.
- You love data, and are comfortable spotting trends and have an ability to dig deeper, to analyse and report on overall area performance against multiple KPIs, campaign inputs, and industry benchmarks to ensure the overall programme meets (and exceeds!) business objectives.
- You have excellent communication skills â you can persuade and inspire colleagues, across all levels of the business, including SLT, and are able to pitch the message differently, and clearly, to all.
- You are well organised with a passion for speed, efficiency and people management.
- You love to take the initiative and are comfortable taking measured risks.
- You are curious and explorative.
- You love a big challenge – especially for your targets.
- You use data and evidence above your opinion.
- You know how to lead and coach an established, mature CRM team to even even greater heights.
- You are able to adapt quickly and efficiently to changing priorities, while supporting your own team and the wider TeamâŚ.you are happy to work as part of âOne Teamâ at Tide.
- You can pre-empt issues and minimise issues as well as clarifying ambiguity to enable your team to work effectively.
- You can place trust in others to deliver while maintaining being on point to ensure the detail is delivered for our members.
- Experience of Banking, Financial Services or Small Business Marketing are beneficial but not essential.
- Experience using the Iterable Marketing platform or Salesforce is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience using the Looker reporting suite is beneficial but not essential.
