As a Business Development Executive you’ll be entrepreneurial, target oriented and passionate about helping small businesses with their insurance needs. Working in a fast-paced, ever changing environment will excite you along with an interest in the fintech industry. You’ll be target focused and confident at handling objections to achieve your revenue goals. You’ll also have an excellent telephone manner, will be outgoing and thrive working in a close-knit team.

As a Business Development Executive:

  • Engage with existing Tide members via calls, emails, and other outreach methods to introduce and promote relevant insurance products that support their business needs.
  • Proactively manage and follow up on leads generated through various channels, educating members on the benefits of insurance.
  • Cross-sell complementary Tide products and services alongside insurance offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members by understanding their business goals.
  • Confidently conduct cold calls, cold emails, and cold outreach to engage potential members.
  • Guide members through the full insurance journey, delivering exceptional service.

  • Passionate, driven, with a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
  • Previous customer service or telesales experience, specifically in insurance sales or broking.
  • Focused on revenue and can up-sell insurance policies.
