The Role
As Operations & Executive Manager , you'll oversee the operational heartbeat of Tide and Trove.
Your focus will be on creating a business that runs with precision, efficiency and calm.
You'll bring structure to a fast-moving environment, implement systems that support growth and ensure every project, deadline and priority is managed seamlessly.
Working closely with the founder every day, you'll create the time and headspace needed to focus on designing new collections, nurturing client relationships and continuing to grow the brand internationally.
You'll become the person who instinctively knows what's happening across the business, keeps projects moving, anticipates what's needed next and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.
