HR Business Partner | Health & Social Care (Private Sector)
Hybrid (commutable from the West Midlands and Yorkshire regions, with travel across England) | Full-Time, Permanent | £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with leaders across operational and support services teams, providing strategic HR and ER support.
- Lead on complex and sensitive employee relations cases, including Employment Tribunal claims.
- Resolve disputes quickly, compassionately, and compliantly, considering sector-specific regulations and safeguarding responsibilities.
- Drive engagement initiatives that improve retention and workplace culture.
- Oversee HR policies, T&Cs, and employee benefits, ensuring compliance and alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver expert advice and oversight on ER cases across the organisation.
- Coach and support leaders to manage absence, performance, and workplace issues effectively.
- Keep HR policies up to date, accessible, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to engagement strategies that support colleague wellbeing and retention.
- Support the design and delivery of fair, transparent pay and benefit schemes.
- Analyse workforce data to identify trends and develop solutions.
