ABOUT THE TEAM
The Financial Services team at Tide is a multi-disciplinary group focussed on delivering propositions that help Tide members to grow their businesses through new financial products. With a specific focus on savings, investments and merchant acquiring opportunities, the team brings together product, engineering, operations and data analytics expertise to bring new member experiences to market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Commercial Manager within our Financial Services team, you will own the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of Tide’s Savings and Investments product portfolio. Reporting directly to the UK CEO, you’ll work across multiple markets, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive growth, product adoption, and customer engagement. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role requiring deep domain knowledge, commercial acumen, and a sharp understanding of customer needs across different regions.
SOME OF THE THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING
- Multi-Market Revenue Ownership: Own and drive revenue growth for our Savings and Investments products across key markets. Set and deliver on commercial goals by aligning product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Customer & Market Insight: Conduct in-depth research into customer behaviour, competitive dynamics, and regulatory landscapes across multiple regions. Use insights to guide product positioning and commercial decision-making.
- Product Strategy & Development: Partner with global Product Managers to shape the roadmap for our Savings and Investments offerings. Ensure relevance across markets while maintaining compliance and consistency with Tide’s global vision.
- Go-To-Market Leadership: Define and execute product marketing plans, including messaging, positioning, launch strategy, and lifecycle marketing. Work with regional teams to tailor initiatives for local audiences.
- Content & Collateral Creation: Develop high-impact content and sales materials that clearly communicate value propositions and comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Operational & Launch Readiness: Work cross-functionally to ensure the successful launch and adoption of new features. Support QA, training, and go-live processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the central point of coordination across global and local teams to ensure strategic alignment and timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, commercial strategy, or go-to-market roles, ideally within fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
- Proven success in driving commercial outcomes for banking, savings, investment, or payment products.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to shape marketing and product strategies.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities across global, cross-functional teams.
- A global mindset with experience localizing offerings and navigating compliance requirements across markets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment—able to create structure where needed.
- A proactive, hands-on approach—you take ownership and work backwards from outcomes.
