ABOUT THE ROLE
- Contact, engage and manage Small Business customers through their application process
- Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners
- Become confident in articulating the Funding Options proposition and service
- Gain an in‑depth understanding of the wide variety of lenders and products in the market
- Confidently articulate the different finance options available to customers across multiple business finance product classes
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information on prospects in Salesforce
- Monitor and identify trends while adding new or enhanced customer profile information into Salesforce
- Keep up to date on industry trends, market & competition
- Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through relevant communication channels
