ABOUT THE ROLE
- Contact, engage and manage Small Business customers through their application process
- Build and nurture working relationships with commercial lending partners
- Become confident in articulating the Funding Options proposition and service
- Gain an in‑depth understanding of the wide variety of lenders and products in the market
- Confidently articulate the different finance options available to customers across multiple business finance product classes
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date information on prospects in Salesforce
- Monitor and identify trends while adding new or enhanced customer profile information into Salesforce
- Keep up to date on industry trends, market & competition
- Actively share stories and successes to the wider organisation through relevant communication channels

We need an experienced Senior Business Finance Specialist (Senior Commercial Finance Broker) to help customers access the right finance through effective conversations. This senior position requires someone with a demonstrable track record of success who can hit the ground running.
