Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team during shifts.
- Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer experiences with energy and friendliness.
- Support staff training and performance development.

- Customer Experience
- Greet and engage with customers in a warm, professional way.
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and occasional challenges with care and integrity.
- Maintain a welcoming, relaxed, and tidy environment at all times.
- Operational Excellence
- Lead daily opening and closing procedures.
- Manage workflows across service periods to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory.
- Uphold high food hygiene, health & safety, and quality standards and ensure proper handling of ingredients in line with food safety regulations.
- Service & Quality
- Maintain consistency in product quality (coffee, food, drinks and their presentation).
- Work alongside the FOH team and kitchen colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Contribute ideas to service improvements, seasonal offers, and guest experience enhancements.

- Experience in café/restaurant/hospitality role with customer interaction.
- Some supervisory or team leadership experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience in food safety standards, food production processes, and EHO operations.
Desirable
- Interest or experience in coffee craft and beverage service. Barista experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with POS systems and basic stock management.
- Creativity in enhancing guest experience and menu offerings.
