We’re a small but mighty marketing agency looking for someone special to join our team.
This is a hands-on, varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working across a number of client projects, supporting with everything from WordPress updates to blog writing, Trello wrangling to Shopify admin. Some tasks are recurring week to week, but much of the work is project-based and ad hoc – perfect if you enjoy variety and are a natural plate-spinner.
We’re not looking for someone to just follow instructions – we’re looking for someone who gets stuck in, finds solutions, and takes initiative. We’re a small team, so your contribution will really matter.

Calm, capable and organised – you can juggle multiple things and stay composed.
Proactive and independent – you’ll often be given a task or goal and trusted to figure it out.
Reliable – if you say you’ll do something, we know it’ll get done.
Friendly and thoughtful – you’ll be communicating directly with clients.
Comfortable with tech – you’re not a developer, but you’re not scared of a bit of WordPress or troubleshooting in Shopify.
What you’ll be doing:
Updating and building pages in WordPress (mostly using Elementor)
Supporting SEO projects for multiple clients (we’ll train where needed)
Writing blogs and editing content
Creating and scheduling social media posts
Helping run email marketing for ecommerce clients (Klaviyo)
Supporting Shopify clients with admin, updates and tweaks
Keeping Trello boards updated and helping us stay on track
Managing client comms and requests day to day
