  • Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that track key metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the hardware and operations teams.
  • Query production databases and combine datasets to generate actionable information, and present this in clear, concise and compelling formats to support business operations and customer management.
  • Translate operational requirements into technical specifications for the software team, specifically regarding database schema changes or data collection improvements.
  • Explore ways to integrate AI/automation into the analytical workflow to enhance efficiency and predictive capabilities as the role evolves.

Skills & Competencies

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to understand what data is most likely to be useful to customers / users and for driving customer success.
  • Strong command of SQL for complex data extraction and Python for data manipulation and automation. In particular, we seek someone who is AI‑native and who has the competency to, for example, evaluate SQL queries written by LLM.
  • Proven ability to create intuitive, high‑impact dashboards in Tableau.
