Tidal is buying up established window-cleaning businesses across the UK and consolidating them into a single national operator. We have the deal pipeline and the model. We need someone to own the part that turns each acquisition into a working, profitable part of the business.
The role involves taking over each acquired business the moment the deal is done and owning everything that follows: due diligence, completion, migrating customers and cleaners onto our systems, training, and running it until it is stable and ready to hand over to our operations team. This is hands-on and in the field.
What you'll do:
- Plan and run the integration of each acquired business from end to end
- Migrate customers, payments and bookings onto Tidal's systems
- Convert and onboard cleaners as self-employed contractors
- Hold customer retention through every changeover
- Build a repeatable playbook so each deal is cleaner and faster than the last
What you'll be measured on:
One number matters most: keeping the customers and revenue we have. If you can hold retention through a changeover, you will do well here.
About you:
- A hands-on operator who leads from the front
- Background in multi-site, field services, or franchise operations
- A strong project manager who can run several integrations at once
- Comfortable managing a self-employed workforce
- Confident with CRM, payments and workflow systems
- Happy to travel across the UK to be on site where the work is
- The ambition to grow into senior leadership as we scale
What's on offer:
- Competitive base salary, depending on experience
- A meaningful equity stake, given where Tidal is heading
- Car allowance and travel costs covered
- A direct line to the founder and the chance to build the function from scratch
