Tickup is a mobile app that helps people discover and research stocks through swipe-based discovery, AI-powered insights, and a social investing community. Tickup incorporates edtech and fantasy stock picking competitions into the discovery process to facilitate discussion and support continued exploration. We are an early-stage startup based in London.

Role

We’re looking for a Product Design Lead to own the end-to-end design and product direction for Tickup. You’ll shape how users learn about stocks, explore new investments and connect with others.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead mobile product design from concept to release - flows, UI, prototypes, and visuals in Figma.
  • Collaborate with founders to define product strategy, prioritize features, and execute quickly.
  • Drive user research and translate insights into clear, actionable design improvements.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation.
  • Support marketing and distribution efforts with high fidelity design and directional input.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong interest in the stock market and investing.
  • Entrepreneurial builder who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Experience designing consumer mobile products (ideally fintech, investing, or social).
  • Expert in Figma and confident taking ideas from sketch to shipped.

Competitive salary plus equity is offered for this role. We find that at early stages in-person work is more efficient. We operate 4 days from our office in Shoreditch with Wednesdays as an optional work from home day.
