Now, as we enter our next chapter of growth, we’re hiring a Content Analyst to join our content and marketing team.
You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Content & Marketing and our Partnerships Lead, helping bring our product to life and creating materials that don’t just inform—but convert.

Your mission is simple: you ensure everything we publish, from sport and concert-listings to monthly newsletters, is editorially sound, visually appealing and meets all specifications and requirements.
We’re looking for a process driven, IT savvy professional with a high degree of editorial proficiency.

🎯 What You\'ll Do
Enrich & Elevate Event Pages
- Enrich and edit all event editorial information and metadata aligned with Tickitto’s content style guide and technical specifications.
- Research and curate data, imagery, and metadata to transform basic listings into immersive experiences.
- Execute cleanly all daily processes and checks relating to every aspect of Tickitto’s content, from checking, editing and importing metadata to choosing which events we include in our next campaign.
- Ensure every event, email campaign or newsletter goes live polished, accurate, and exciting.
Fuel Marketing & Sales Growth
- Curate and maintain our blogs, newsletters, and social content to showcase the value of Tickitto’s marketplace.
- Support sales and partnerships with editorial assets that highlight why brands should integrate events into their offering.
- Use innovative thinking to position Tickitto as a thought leader in its category.
Work Smarter, Not Harder
- Leverage AI tools (like ChatGPT) to boost creativity, speed, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with copyright and best-practice content standards.
- Deliver high-quality copy and content on time, every time.

🔍 What You Bring
- Sound editorial awareness – be comfortable with both editing and writing in English with previous editorial experience at some professional level desirable.
- Digital & AI fluency – comfortable using tools like ChatGPT and other AI platforms to increase efficiency and creativity, as well as a good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.
- Social media & audience engagement (preferable) – a good understanding of what drives clicks, shares, and conversations across multiple platforms.
- Razor sharp attention to detail & consistency – ensuring data and editorial accuracy, copyright compliance, and adherence to Tickitto’s style and tone.
- Collaborative spirit – ability to work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
