The Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to progress and convert a strong, pre-landscaped pipeline across Germany and wider Europe, with some exposure to UK partnerships. This is a senior, relationship-led role focused on building long-term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Progress and convert an existing qualified pipeline across Europe
  • Own the partnership lifecycle from engagement through to contract and onboarding
  • Build trusted senior relationships within ticketing and live events
  • Lead commercial proposals and negotiations
  • Represent TicketPlan at relevant industry events
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting

Skills & Experience

  • Proven business development or partnerships experience
  • Fluent English (additional European languages advantageous)
  • Ideally with experience working within ticketing, events, venues or platforms
  • Strong commercial and negotiation capability
  • Comfortable operating across multiple European markets
