The Team
Ticketmaster International, a Live Nation Entertainment company, is currently seeking a highly motivated, exceptionally data-oriented and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Search) to join the International Marketing team. The Performance Marketing team is part of the International Marketing department at Ticketmaster. Our team leads on marketing strategy and best practice for all main paid and organic traffic sources across 35+ markets globally. We support each market with guidance on campaign activation, reporting and measurement to make sure fans around the world find the tickets they are looking for and clients receive the highest return on their investment with us.
The Job
Reporting into our Senior Director, International Performance Marketing, you will work with a direct report to manage automated PPC campaigns across a diverse portfolio of international markets. You will also provide guidance and best practice support for paid search activity across 35+ markets. This role calls for a detail-oriented, data-driven approach to campaign management, with a focus on monitoring performance and making improvements where needed. You will help ensure campaigns run smoothly and meet Ticketmaster's standards for quality and effectiveness.

What You Will Be Doing
- Manage and deliver automated paid search campaigns for 20+ markets, expanding into new markets as part of our 2026 roadmap.
- Support local teams across 35+ markets with campaign set-up, troubleshooting, optimisation, and reporting, including monthly regional calls.
- Mentor and guide the Senior Paid Search Executive to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with MarTech and Insights teams on projects that improve scale and efficiency, including automation, measurement, attribution, and reporting.
- Encourage continuous improvement by reviewing results, testing new approaches, and sharing learnings with the wider team.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and platform updates to maintain competitive and compliant campaigns.
What You Need To Know
- Significant experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and SA360.
- Previous experience managing teams, desired.
- Previous ownership of a multi-million-dollar paid media budget with strong record of delivering growth and ROI improvement through data-driven decision making.
- Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries with large inventory.
- Strong project management skills to stay on top of tactical execution, prioritising amongst many competing demands to ensure that short-term goals supporting long-term initiatives are achieved with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- High attention to detail, top-notch analytical skills, comfortable validating large amounts of data and the ability to make data-informed decisions to drive direction and alignment with business partners (preferred tools: Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Strong grasp of experimentation techniques and critical thinking skills to improve testing implementation and infrastructure, driving a test-and-learn agenda to advance channel capabilities.
- Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within your team or company.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong experience working with templatised PPC tools, specifically SA360 – experience working with scaled campaign automation.
- Google Skillshop Certification and Facebook Blueprint Certification would be a bonus.
