THE TEAM
Ticketmaster's Global B2B Marketing team serves as the voice of the client within our organization. Our mission is to drive growth by developing strategies, tools, and content that expand the prospect pipeline, generate qualified leads, and deepen client engagement—across EMEA and globally. As a close partner to our sales and regional teams, we bring the Ticketmaster story to life across B2B channels, sharpen our brand positioning in the market, and reinforce our reputation as the industry's leading ticketing provider.
THE JOB
As the Senior Manager of B2B Growth Marketing - EMEA, you will help build and scale Ticketmaster's demand generation engine across EMEA — a region spanning 22 markets with significant growth and retention potential. This is a newly created role, dedicated entirely to driving pipeline growth through a coordinated inbound and outbound strategy.
Working alongside regional leadership and business partners, the first priority is pinpointing where the opportunity sits, then going deep with a set of priority markets to capture it — shaping local strategy, building campaigns, and managing budget with those teams. Scaling what works comes next: partnering with local marketers and sales teams so they can run and optimize their own campaigns and turning proven programs into turnkey ones. That is how demand generation grows from a few strong markets into a region-wide capability, and it is the biggest opportunity in the role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Deliver against EMEA demand generation pipeline targets across inbound and outbound channels.
- Shape EMEA demand gen strategy with regional leadership and business partners — identifying where to invest fully, where to run lighter automation, and how to sequence markets as the function scales.
- Partner with priority markets on their local demand gen strategy, translating regional opportunity into plans that fit each market's audience, sales motion, and maturity.
- Build campaigns hands-on with those market teams in Apollo (outbound) and MCAE/Pardot (inbound), so programmes launch faster and land better in-market.
- Plan and manage paid media budget and spend with priority markets across LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels.
- Educate and upskill local marketers and sales teams on activating campaigns — through training, activation guides, playbooks, and hands-on support during their first campaigns.
- Coach markets on optimisation, helping them read campaign performance, spot what to change, and improve results cycle over cycle.
- Make programmes more turnkey — templated campaigns, pre-built sequences, reusable creative, and simplified briefing — so more markets can activate, sooner.
- Act as the connection point into partner teams for local markets, securing the content, platform, and data support they need to move quickly.
- Establish EMEA-level demand gen reporting; build and maintain the dashboards that give a single view of lead volume, quality, conversion, and revenue attribution.
- Identify and test new demand channels, audience segments, and growth opportunities — including new AI methodologies to sharpen the demand generation workflow and its results.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
- Strong progressive B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, with a strong track record of building pipeline in complex, multi-market environments.
- Hands-on expertise with Apollo.io (or equivalent outbound sequencing/prospecting tools) and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) required — deep enough to build campaigns alongside market teams and to teach others to run them well.
- Proven experience managing paid media campaigns and budgets across LinkedIn, Meta, and other B2B channels, including hands-on setup, optimisation, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience training and enabling non-specialist teams — running sessions, producing guides and playbooks, and turning bespoke work into repeatable, turnkey programs.
- Experience operating across multiple European or international markets; understanding of EMEA market dynamics and audience nuance.
- Strong command of CRM and marketing data; Salesforce CRM experience preferred.
- Confident in building and interpreting demand gen reporting; hands-on experience building dashboards and applying attribution modelling.
- Comfortable shaping strategy as one voice among several and influencing teams who sit outside your direct line.
- Ticketing, live entertainment, or B2B SaaS background a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
- A builder's mindset — comfortable creating structure, process, and programs from the ground up.
- Genuinely hands-on — as comfortable building a campaign in-platform as planning one.
- A natural teacher — patient with people learning the tools and motivated by making other teams better.
- Commercially driven, with a genuine focus on pipeline and revenue outcomes.
- Strong communicator who can equip and influence local teams and translate data and strategy for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Comfortable managing multiple markets and priorities simultaneously, and confident deciding where to go deep and where to enable instead.
- Curious and adaptive — always testing, learning, and improving.
- Positive, solutions-oriented, can-do attitude.
