Ticketmaster, part of Live Nation Entertainment, runs an apprenticeship programme that offers on‑job training and onsite assessment by an approved provider, culminating in a nationally recognised EDI Level 3 qualification. As a Field IT Support Apprentice you will spend 24 months based at Bromley‑by‑Bow, London, with opportunities to travel to other UK venues or offices and to work onsite at festivals during the summer. The role may require evening and weekend support, including night shifts.

Contract: Fixed‑Term 2 years, 40 hours per week, possible nights and weekends

What You Will Be Doing:
- Serve as a professional contact point to receive and prioritise requests for assistance from internal and external customers, ensuring they are dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner.
- Log all calls, escalating when necessary, and keep customers informed of updates.
- Work closely with other support teams so that requests can be routed appropriately when the Service Desk cannot resolve them.
- Carry out daily tasks according to the agreed procedure and the shift rota.
- Build and install hardware as required by senior team members.
- Complete individual learning records as required by the Apprenticeship provider on time and to a good standard.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 A* to C GCSEs (including Maths and English). A‑level or equivalent qualifications are also acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of current operating systems – Windows 7/8/10 and macOS.
- Basic knowledge of desktop applications including Microsoft Office and Adobe products.
- Interest in hardware troubleshooting, particularly Dell, Apple and Lenovo.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
