The Job
Reporting to the Associate Director, Performance Marketing Strategy and Planning, this role will lead cross‑channel paid media strategy and automation across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. The position focuses on driving efficiency, scalability, and measurable performance improvements across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels. You will translate business priorities into data‑driven investment strategies, ensuring paid media budgets are optimally allocated across markets and inventory types (e.g. Resale, VIP). Supporting the central point of contact for regional leadership and finance, you will guide investment decisions, performance trade‑offs, and long‑term automation planning. You will support your manager to assess local paid budget allocation and agency partnerships. Your understanding of performance marketing will inform automation solutions that deliver both immediate impact and sustainable growth.
You will also partner with SEO and CRM teams to optimise the balance between paid and organic channels, maximising efficiency and incremental growth across the customer journey. Success in this role requires strong cross‑functional collaboration, analytical rigour, and the ability to turn complex performance data into a clear strategic direction. You will continuously test, refine, and codify best practices to elevate campaign efficiency and automation maturity across international markets, operating effectively in a fast‑paced, global environment.
What You Will Be Doing

- Drive measurable performance: Support the setting and monitor regional targets; guide campaign execution with a test‑and‑learn framework that improves efficiency and incrementality across paid search, paid social and programmatic.
- Deliver profitability at scale: Partner with global and local finance stakeholders to understand margin mix by market and inventory to guide strategic paid investment across EMEA, APAC and LATAM.
- Enable automation at scale: Partner with global Product/Engineering to unlock and roll out paid marketing automation across markets, balancing short‑term impact with long‑term scalability.
- Lead quarterly business reviews: Present cross‑channel performance, insights and recommendations to local marketing leads and senior stakeholders.
- Champion measurement and reporting: Collaborate with MarTech and Insight teams on attribution and reporting that surfaces market‑level insights and informs investment decisions.
- Upskill and influence: Provide guidance and best practices to regional teams; evaluate agency partnerships where relevant.
