Our teams are accountable for quality product education, cultivating market expertise, and supporting product and feature launches. They utilise global standards across all products in the design, development and delivery of materials and learning experiences, with the goal of a unified approach that empowers teams to scale knowledge, optimise product usage, and grow expertise across Ticketmaster systems and ticketing platforms.
As a key member of our Global Education team, you will design and deliver high-impact learning solutions across Regional Education and Ticketmaster systems. This role is responsible for applying instructional design best practices to create scalable, measurable and engaging learning experiences that support employees and clients across the EMEA region.
You will own the full instructional design lifecycle (analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation), translating business needs into clearly defined learning objectives, assessment strategies and structured learning journeys.
A core focus of this role is building and evolving our Learning Management System (LMS) portfolio. You will create and manage engaging content, drive adoption across the region, and define and track meaningful metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
You will design learning experiences using a range of methodologies including blended learning, scenario-based learning, gamification and AI-supported content creation.
In addition to content creation, you will act as a confident presenter and facilitator, delivering sessions that support LMS adoption and enable learners to engage effectively with our education ecosystem.
This role requires regular presence in our offices, flexibility to attend events, and the ability to support business needs outside standard working hours when required. You will operate in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality outputs.
You will collaborate closely with Product Operations, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Trainers and other Instructional Designers to deliver cross-functional education initiatives aligned to our global strategy.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Conduct learning needs analysis and translate business requirements into clear, measurable learning objectives
- Design structured curricula, learning pathways and instructional frameworks across Ticketmaster systems and ticketing platforms
- Apply instructional design methodologies (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to develop effective learning solutions
- Develop engaging, high-quality learning assets including e-learning, videos, documentation, simulations, infographics and gamified experiences
- Build, structure and maintain a scalable LMS portfolio, ensuring content is intuitive, accessible and aligned to learner journeys
- Drive LMS adoption through targeted campaigns, communications, and live or virtual learning sessions
- Use data and feedback to evaluate and continuously improve learning experiences and content effectiveness
- Deliver presentations, workshops and enablement sessions to support learning initiatives and LMS engagement
- Collaborate closely with Product Operations, SMEs, Trainers and other Instructional Designers on cross-functional projects
- Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, relevance and adoption of learning solutions
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery, proactively managing timelines, priorities and risks
- Ensure all content meets global education standards and contributes to a consistent, high-quality learner experience
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS)
- Experience in instructional design, learning experience design (LXD), training, or a related field
- Proven experience designing learning solutions with clearly defined learning objectives and evaluation strategies
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including content architecture, publishing and reporting
- Experience measuring learning effectiveness and using data to improve outcomes
- Strong content creation experience across multiple formats (e-learning, video, written materials, interactive content)
- Confidence delivering presentations and facilitating learning sessions
- Familiarity with content authoring and design tools (e.g. Articulate, Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing tools or similar)
- Interest in or experience using AI tools to enhance content creation, learning design or workflows
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
