Ticketek Entertainment Group is a global fan experience company that tickets, promotes and delivers incredible live experiences. We are looking for an experienced Box Office Manager to join us for the upcoming Christmas & Halloween Light Trail Festival at the historic Blenheim Palace. This is a contractor position, so applicants will need to be either self-employed or operating through a limited company.
The box office will be open for Halloween (23 October – 02 November) and for Christmas (22 November – 4 January). Pay: £19 per hour.
- Leading the day-to-day box office operations during trails including pre-event set up, box office operation and closing.
- Box Office Setup; ensuring the office terminals and pinpads are set up and tested and support the Box Office staff.
- End-Of-Night Reporting; completing and submitting nightly reconciliation reports.
- Box Office experience required.
- Due to the nature of this role, it will involve evening and weekend work.
- Training will be provided.
