Where do you come in?

We’re looking for a standout sales person. You might already have some sales experience, but be looking for a new home, or you could be looking to start out in your career. You’ll be working in the fast-paced, and exciting world of Events: where event organisers are looking for the perfect partner for their ticketing needs. Full sales training is given.

The position requires that you:

  • Have a natural ‘hunter’s’ approach to sales.
  • Are a highly professional communicator, with the ability to build relationships and develop opportunities across the breadth of the events sector.
  • Are ideally can demonstrate success in previous sales roles, however we are open to a complete newbie with the right attitude and aptitude too.
  • Have a passion for sourcing and winning new business - turning prospects into sales opportunities through cold calling, and building and managing your pipeline. You must love being on the phone!
  • Are an exceptional listener with a consultative approach.
  • Are a team player. We win together and lose together. You will be helped by the team and we expect you to help out too.
  • Are open to occasional UK travel to build relevant relationships, attend conferences and contribute to your central goal: winning great new clients, whose events we ticket on Ticketebo!

Job Description, main duties, and responsibilities:

  • Develop sales strategies and identify new market opportunities.
  • Pro-actively bring in new clients to maximise growth in ticket sales and revenues.
  • Conduct and maintain analysis of our competitors to enable us to pitch to prospective clients appropriately.
  • Contribute to our product development strategies by identifying market requirements and opportunities.
  • Maintain and update leads contact records and account information. (We use Hubspot)
  • Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities and optimal use of our products and services.
  • Attend trade shows & conferences to represent and showcase the company.
  • Present company products and services in a structured, professional manner.
  • Develop your Territory to ensure success for you and Ticketebo.
  • Some work at events at weekends is also required. (You have to live it not just sell it!)

The Remuneration Package Includes

The Salary is £24,000 - £28,000 depending on experience and aptitude. (OTE is uncapped. Hit target for £2k bonus per quarter. Over achievement is rewarded at a higher rate.)

Normal Working Hours 9-5 Monday to Friday, with some weekend work from time to time in high season.
