**Product Owner of Processing****Hybrid – Swindon or London Paddington****Salary: Up to £75,000 pa + Bonus** We're looking for a Product Owner of Processing to join our team at Edenred PayTech. As a Product Owner of Processing, you will:* Understand business requirement in order to assist team in creating accurate user stories that can be estimated by the development team* Prioritise and manage the product backlog (epics and stories)* Support the team by removing impediments and minimising disruption to maximise development efficiency* Liaise with Product Manager to confirm progress, dependencies and escalate impediments.* Drive continuous improvement **Key Working Relationships (Internal/External)*** Multi-disciplined, cross functional, Product domain teams* Clients* Bridge between the product manager and the technical realms* Internal teams **Key Result Areas*** Deliverables meet business requirements, are operationally supportable, secure and scalable* Driving continuous improvements across the development team* Clear roadmap of deliverables **Key Tasks*** Support the Product Manager in tasks around the product domain as required* Participate in scrum meetings and product sprints* Manage and prioritise backlog, keeping abreast of evolving requirements; and agree sprint goals, ensuring focus is on adding value and meeting the business goal.* Adapting to changes in requirements* Ensure epics and user stories are clear and concise and meet business requirements.
