Reportando ao nosso Gerente de Suporte Interno, você será responsável pelas funções administrativas de Gestão de Identidade e Acesso através da resolução de tickets em plataformas de produção, não produção, on-prem e Cloud, bem como no acesso do cliente a essas plataformas. Você ajudará na evolução dos processos de acesso e direitos nas áreas relevantes do negócio, mantendo total conformidade, cumprindo SLAs e minimizando riscos para o negócio.
O que você fará:
- Administrar a criação, alteração, desativação e remoção de todo o acesso de funcionários e clientes a quaisquer sistemas dentro do PPS, sejam sensíveis ou não sensíveis.
- Manter um registro completo das ações realizadas, por quem e quando, para permitir a responsabilidade através de uma auditoria.
- Ajudar o negócio na administração da matriz RBAC, ajustando processos existentes para acomodar novos cargos, mudanças em cargos existentes ou a remoção de cargos para garantir que não haja desvios.
- Manter um conjunto de padrões via documentação, com revisão e aprovações regulares para garantir governança e, portanto, práticas de trabalho atualizadas.
- Comunicar proativamente problemas e questões para garantir que não haja gargalos, dívidas técnicas ou riscos introduzidos na função IdAM.
