This role leads a UK enterprise business unit and contributes to the company's revenue through enterprise GTM and high-visibility leadership.
- Lead a £30M+ business unit contributing nearly a third of UK revenue (approx. $200M+ global revenues)
- Shape the enterprise GTM playbook.
- Transform a team of 30 AEs and CSMs (scaling to 50+) into a true enterprise sales engine
- High-visibility role with board-level exposure and autonomy to drive growth and change

- Revenue mix: ~90% from renewals/expansion, ~10% from net new; growth will come from team development, upsell/cross-sell, and new logo acquisition
- Transition to enterprise-grade solution selling from legacy SMB/mid-market transactional selling
