Are you the kind of salesperson who turns 5-10 seat opportunities into 500+ seat partnerships, through Discovery, not Discounting? Are you looking for a product that's proved PMF, with a sales leader who's a serial winner at scaling startups? 45k customers have bought already - they’re just often buying a small element, and the opportunity to sell strategically and grow the AOV is huge.
We’re hiring a strategic minded Account Executive who knows how to take a small beachhead win, a 5-seat deal inside a massive organisation, and grow it into a multi-team, cross-functional partnership worth 10x the original contract.
Here’s what we need help with:
- Sell Through Strategic Value - We need sellers who don’t just pitch features, but build belief - linking what we do to retention, compliance, training efficiency, and workforce impact.
- Taken a 10-seat deployment and grown it to hundreds+ (company wide).
- Helped scale a SaaS business from ~$10M ARR into the next growth phase.
- Great Product + Brand – Clients love us, we just need to expand footprint.
- Sales Leadership That Gets It - You’ll report to a VP who’s scaled multiple SaaS GTM teams and will set you up to win.
- Hybrid Culture - 2–3 days a week in the London office, but you’ll sell globally.
- SDR Support: Yes (you’ll still own some self generation).
- Contract Type: Full-time, hybrid (London office Tuesdays + Thursdays).
- Sales Cycle: 4–12 weeks average.
You’re obsessed with value creation in sales. Apply here or message Richard Washington at Tick Talent for a confidential chat.
