- You’ll be joining a lean team, reporting directly to a proven VP who’s scaled multiple SaaS companies from £10M to £30M+ ARR.
- You won’t just be closing deals based on the initial requirement – you’ll be shaping, influencing, and growing accounts into 6-figure deals by unlocking real, commercial value for your customers.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
- Turning 10-seat deployments into hundreds, org-wide
- Taking inbound interest and outbound motion and transforming it into £50–100K+ deals
- Multi-threading into HR, L&D, Compliance, Comms and more
- Running proper discovery that reframes buyer thinking and builds real urgency
- Owning accounts from first touch to expansion
- Helping shift us from “cool tool” to must-have SaaS

The Starting Package
- Base: £70–75k
- OTE: Double (uncapped)
- Options: Yes, after qualifying period
- SDR Support: Yes, but you’ll still do strategic self-gen
- Contract: Full-time, hybrid 2 days in LDN
