My client are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing technology recruitment business. This role is ideal for an individual with an established niche (or the ambition to build one) and a strong track record in client development and revenue generation. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, leverage existing client relationships across the UK, Europe, and US, and further scale your market with full support from an experienced leadership team and in-house delivery function.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow a specialist technology recruitment desk (contract, permanent, or both)
- Win new business and build long-term, consultative client relationships
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within your chosen niche
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to maximise efficiency and revenue
- Maintain a high standard of candidate and client experience
- Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in technology recruitment
- Proven track record of billing success and client development
- Established network within a specific technology vertical (e.g. Software, Data, Product, Infrastructure, Cyber, Tech Sales)
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate autonomously while contributing to a team environment
- Driven, ambitious, and motivated by financial reward and career progression
