My client are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing technology recruitment business. This role is ideal for an individual with an ambition to build a niche and a strong track record in client development and revenue generation. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk, leverage existing client relationships across the UK, Europe, and US, and further scale your market with full support from an experienced leadership team and in-house delivery function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow a specialist technology recruitment desk (contract, permanent, or both)
  • Win new business and build long-term, consultative client relationships
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities within your chosen niche
  • Collaborate with internal delivery teams to maximise efficiency and revenue
  • Maintain a high standard of candidate and client experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed individual billing targets

  • 2-3+ years’ experience in technology recruitment
  • Proven track record of billing success and client development
