Tick Education is currently seeking SEN teaching assistants for primary schools in Northampton. Prospective candidates should possess prior experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN). While certificates related to SEN or relevant training would be appreciated, they are not mandatory for consideration. Additionally, having access to your own transportation would be beneficial for commuting to different school locations within Northampton.
Responsibilities:
- Work on a one-to-one basis or in small groups with SEN students, providing individualized support and assistance.
- Assist students with their academic and social development, helping them to develop independence and confidence.
- Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that promotes positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
