This is a hands-on, patient-facing role combining reception duties with clinical support, including phlebotomy, cannulation, and assisting clinicians within CT and MRI. You will be a key part of a friendly team, helping to ensure every patient receives a safe, comfortable, and well-coordinated experience.We are seeking an experienced and proactive HCA to look after our patients in our Rochdale branch.
As our Healthcare Assistant, you'll be the face of the clinic for both patients and professional referrers, ensuring clinical spaces are properly maintained, and patients receive a seamless and professional experience., The Healthcare Assistant will provide high-quality patient care and clinical support within the clinic, ensuring patients are welcomed, prepared, and supported throughout their visit.
The post holder will work closely with radiographers and other clinical and administrative staff to support diagnostic imaging procedures, and will also carry out front-of-house duties including patient check-in and handling patient enquiries by phone and email Working 3 or 4 days a week during our extended opening hours of 8am to 8pm
