Job Title: Telesales ExecutiveDescription: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business through cold outreach, primarily via telephone. This is a performance-focused role requiring a hardworking individual who can dedicate a minimum of two hours per day to active talk time, speaking with potential clients.
Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets are essential. This role offers a clear progression route into an Account Manager position for high performers.Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a telesales or outbound sales role, ideally involving cold calling and new business generation.
