We are looking for a motivated Graduate Bid Writer to join our clients growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate with strong writing skills to develop a career in bid writing. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will receive full training and support to craft persuasive proposals, research and structure responses, and contribute to successful bid submissions. This hybrid role requires three days in the office each week.
Experience:
- Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., English, Business, Journalism, or a related field).
- Strong written communication skills with an interest in persuasive writing.
- Previous experience in writing, research, or document preparation (university projects, internships, or work experience) is beneficial but not essential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in writing and editing bid responses to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Researching and gathering relevant information to strengthen bid content.
- Collaborating with the Bid Manager and wider team to develop compelling proposals.
- Reviewing and proofreading bid documents for accuracy and compliance.
