We are looking for a skilled Freelance Bid Writing Trainer to deliver structured training and coaching for Graduate Bid Writers placed with our clients. This role involves delivering induction training, ongoing coaching, and bid-writing support over 3-6 months, depending on the service level chosen by each client. This is a flexible, remote position, ideal for an experienced Bid Writer who enjoys mentoring and developing new talent.
Experience
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in bid writing or bid management, with a background in training, mentoring, or coaching preferred.
Contract Information
- Freelance contract on an ad-hoc basis, with flexibility to take on training sessions as demand arises.
- This role is fully remote and project-based, offering work as and when required.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training sessions (1:1 or small group) covering bid writing fundamentals, tendering processes, and response structuring.
- Provide short-term coaching support, including monthly training sessions and bid review feedback (3-month package).
- Offer long-term development support with advanced bid writing training, biweekly check-ins, and unlimited email support (6-month package).
- Review bid drafts and provide detailed feedback to help graduates refine their submissions.
