RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Deliver TCM therapies (Tuina) in accordance with clinic protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised treatment environment, upholding hygiene and sterilisation standards.
- Assess patients' health concerns and wellness goals; develop and tailor treatment plans using specialised techniques and equipment (training provided).
- Provide clear guidance on treatment procedures, self-care and clinic services.
- Monitor and document patient progress; adjust therapies and follow up to support recovery.
REQUIREMENTS
- No prior experience required - Comprehensive training will be provided.
- At least 1-2 years' experience in the healthcare industry preferred, ideally in TCM, therapeutic massage or spa settings.
- Certificate from accredited bodies (ITEC, NITEC, WSQ, CIBTAC, SCTCM).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Immediate availability or ability to start on short notice is a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work on weekends / public holidays as required.
