We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accounts Admin & HR Executive to support our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Duties
- Manage office operations, supplies, and documentation
- Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination
- Maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical)
- Accounts & Finance
- Handle basic bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoicing, payments)
- Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliation
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors
- Process claims, payroll support, and expense tracking
- Human Resource Functions
- Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, coordination)
- Manage onboarding/offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll, leave tracking, and benefits administration
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations
Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with strong aptitude welcome)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Experience with accounting or HR software is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
