We are looking for a versatile and detail-oriented Accounts Admin & HR Executive to support our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Duties
    • Manage office operations, supplies, and documentation
    • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination
    • Maintain proper filing systems (digital & physical)
  • Accounts & Finance
    • Handle basic bookkeeping (AP/AR, invoicing, payments)
    • Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliation
    • Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and vendors
    • Process claims, payroll support, and expense tracking
  • Human Resource Functions
    • Assist in recruitment (job postings, screening, coordination)
    • Manage onboarding/offboarding processes
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
    • Support payroll, leave tracking, and benefits administration
    • Ensure compliance with local labor regulations

Requirements

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, HR, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience (fresh grads with strong aptitude welcome)
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and HR practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Experience with accounting or HR software is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

Working Hours: 5.5 work week
