Job Title: Ayurvedic Massage Therapist

Location: 21 High Street, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 8AB

Position Overview:

Tiaara is seeking a highly skilled Ayurvedic Massage Therapist to provide specialized therapies rooted in Ayurvedic traditions to promote healing, relaxation, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Ayurvedic principles, techniques, and treatments while delivering a tailored and authentic experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of Ayurvedic therapies, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Udvartana, Pizhichil, and other traditional treatments.
• Consult with clients to assess their physical, mental, and emotional health and recommend appropriate Ayurvedic massage and treatment plans.
• Provide customized treatments based on each client’s unique constitution (Dosha) and needs, in alignment with Ayurvedic principles.
• Prepare and use Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and products as required for therapies.
• Ensure the massage and therapy area is clean, serene, and fully compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
• Stay updated on advancements and best practices in Ayurvedic therapies through ongoing education and professional development.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by providing exceptional care and fostering trust and loyalty.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification or diploma in Ayurvedic Massage Therapy or related field.
• Deep understanding of Ayurvedic principles, techniques, and treatments.
• Experience with traditional Ayurvedic therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and Panchakarma (preferred).
• Proficiency in preparing and applying Ayurvedic oils and herbal products.
• Ability to maintain professionalism, composure, and respect for confidentiality.
• Familiarity with wellness and holistic practices is a plus.
