Overview of Sales and Distribution
This program offers you the opportunity to develop and deploy Nuveen’s insights, capabilities, and solutions to best serve Wealth and Institutional clients. The team is focused on growing revenue through new business opportunities and expanded relationships with current clients. The lines of business this program covers are client Services, RFP, Client Servicing, Learning & Development & Product Development. The team in partnership with the sales and distribution business aims to deliver a ‘One Nuveen’ experience to our global client base. This group is focused on establishing new relationships within the Institutional and Wealth channels while deepening relationships with existing clients. Nuveen targets the largest sources of investment capital around the world. Our team is global, with in-market presence in the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions.
Program Overview
The Nuveen Rotational Program offers an exciting mix of strategically aligned assignments, professional development, and the ability to experience and gain exposure to many facets of our organisation. The environment is challenging, hands on, and full of growth opportunities. Candidates can expect to work with across a variety of teams supporting the sales and distribution function and use tools to learn the techniques, disciplines and processes that deliver high quality results for our clients.
Program Highlights
This is a 2-year rotational program. As part of the program, you will have the opportunity to get grips across the client Experience platform. You will gain hands on experience across a number of areas and you will get to explore how we engage and support our clients by using tools such as Allego, Seismic and Salesforce. You will have unique networking opportunities and access to Nuveen Senior Leadership; experience ongoing personal and professional development opportunities and participate in financial services and behavioural based training.
The Rotational Analyst will have the opportunity to:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational client queries and support the broader servicing team in doing the same.
- Act as the contact point for Institutional and/or Wealth clients.
- Act as a liaison with the business partners across Nuveen, to leverage expertise and meet client expectations and deadlines.
- Work on key projects.
What We’re Looking For:
- Academic Excellence: On track for at least a 2:1 or higher undergraduate degree (or equivalent), preferably in finance, business mathematics, business administration, or a similar field.
- Relationship Building: A desire to build a career in a client-facing role, with a demonstrable ability to build relationships.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Collaboration: Strong collaboration skills in a team environment.
