We're looking for an organised and proactive Accounts & Logistics Administrator to join our team in Telford. This is a varied role combining finance, purchasing, logistics, and customer support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions in a fast-paced business.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate international shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
- Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices in SAP
- Reconcile supplier statements and process bank transactions
- Support cashflow, credit control, and month-end finance activities
- Prepare shipping and commercial documentation
- Communicate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience in finance, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain administration
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (advantageous)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping processes is desirable
