We're looking for an organised and proactive Accounts & Logistics Administrator to join our team in Telford. This is a varied role combining finance, purchasing, logistics, and customer support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions in a fast-paced business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
  • Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices in SAP
  • Reconcile supplier statements and process bank transactions
  • Support cashflow, credit control, and month-end finance activities
  • Prepare shipping and commercial documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment

We're looking for someone with:

  • Experience in finance, purchasing, logistics, or supply chain administration
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system (advantageous)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and international shipping processes is desirable
