TIA Group are a sovereign Electro-Mechanical Engineering business with a growing reputation in the Defence & Government sector. We design, develop and manufacture specialist ICT products and systems with a fantastic team of project engineers covering a broad skillset.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and inspiring his or her team to achieve their performance metrics. Your role will involve strategizing, project management, and staff management. Your collaborative attitude and interpersonal skills will help you thrive as an Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, coach, and support engineering team
